Brenda Ingram, LUTCF, CLU
Brenda Ingram, LUTCF, CLU Brenda Ingram is a veteran of the financial services industry. Her first industry job was as an insurance agent for Western Southern Life in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1984, Brenda moved to Chicago to engage in other entrepreneurial ventures. In 1989, she joined Prudential Insurance Company, where she received various awards over the years. She left Prudential in 1994 to establish her own firm, Ivory Tower Financial Services. Ivory Tower Financial Services helps clients review insurance, retirement-related, and employee benefit needs and consider available options based on their goals and circumstances.
Brenda has a bachelor's degree in psychology. She attended the University of Cincinnati for the majority of her college years and graduated from Chicago State University. Brenda has the industry designations of LUTCF and CLU from The American College.
Qawi Rucker
Qawi Rucker Qawi Rucker is the assistant to Brenda Ingram of Ivory Tower Financial Services. Mr. Rucker is a former high school teacher and former adjunct macroeconomics professor for Mount St. Joseph University. He has an associate degree from Oakland Community College, a B.A. in Global Management with a finance focus, and a Master of Arts in Economics from Howard University. He is also a former community college, Division III, and semi-professional basketball player.
Jennifer Seldon
Jennifer Seldon Jennifer Seldon is a seasoned administrative professional supporting a financial services office with a legacy of over 40 years in customer service and management. Her career spans the medical, education, social services, and financial sectors, giving her an empathetic and well-rounded approach to client care. In her current role, Jennifer supports office operations by managing client communications, coordinating account transition paperwork, and assisting with onboarding for investment and insurance accounts. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive client matters with clarity and discretion. Jennifer's cross-sector experience enhances her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and support the office and the individuals it serves.
