About Ivory Tower Financial Services
Ivory Tower Financial Services (ITFS) works with churches, ministers, and other nonprofit organizations to help them evaluate financial risks and understand available insurance and investment-related options. Insurance products and investment-related services may be used, when appropriate, to help organizations address certain financial objectives. As an independent broker serving clients since 1994, we have experience working with churches and nonprofit organizations and recognize many of the unique considerations they face.
Many organizations seek employee benefit programs that balance coverage needs with available resources. Rising healthcare costs have led many employers to review their existing benefit programs and consider available alternatives. Depending on an organization's circumstances, options may include health, life, dental, disability, and vision insurance. As an independent broker with access to multiple insurance carriers, we help organizations evaluate available coverage options so they can make informed decisions based on their needs and budget.

Churches and nonprofit organizations may also wish to consider retirement arrangements for ministers, executives, and other key employees. Establishing and funding a retirement program can be an important part of an organization's overall compensation and benefits strategy. Organizations should work with their legal, tax, and financial professionals to determine an approach for their specific circumstances.
Organizations may also benefit from reviewing whether policies and procedures are in place to address leadership transitions, retirement arrangements, and other long-term planning considerations. Formal agreements and appropriate funding strategies may help support continuity, depending on the organization's goals and circumstances.
Many churches and nonprofit organizations rely on the financial contributions of their members to support ongoing operations and ministry activities. As part of an overall risk management strategy, some organizations may consider insurance solutions designed to help address the potential financial impact associated with the loss of key contributors or leaders, where appropriate.
Church members may also choose to support their church or nonprofit organization through charitable gifts, including life insurance or other assets, as part of their overall charitable giving strategy. Organizations may wish to make information available to members regarding these options and encourage interested donors to seek professional guidance before making any decisions.

Financial education can help individuals better understand personal financial topics and available strategies. We offer educational seminars covering a variety of financial subjects to help participants become more informed consumers.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with churches and nonprofit organizations and look forward to discussing how we may be of service.
